THE ANGER BAG™
A psychotherapy bag for children to help release their anger.
It's effective, easy to use, and fun
AND helps children build coping skills!
The ANGER BAG™ was developed as a tool for children to build coping skills when feeling emotionally and/or physically "angry". It also helps a child learn to problem solve and manage their feelings in a safe and fun way! Children are able to grasp the concepts easily and begin to look forward to using the bag whenever they have "big feelings."

Psychologically, The ANGER BAG™ serves as a container to hold these "big" and sometimes overwhelming feelings that can often feel like too much to hold on their own. The ANGER BAG™ is a wonderful asset not only for children but for parents too! Parents can assist children with their feelings in a non-threatening, and easy to use approach. The ANGER BAG™ also serves to facilitate attachment between child and parent by stimulating development and building trust.
The ANGER BAG™ has proved most useful for children between the ages of five and twelve. Not to be used in replace of therapy but as a supplemental tool.
